Annual savings: Solo 25.6%, Studio 20.2%, Agency 20.1%.
Annual totals are paid upfront. The monthly equivalents are not instalments.
Both billing cycles receive the same monthly allowances, shared across websites.
Allowances reset on the monthly subscription anniversary, not the calendar month.
Unused included allowances expire at reset. Studio and Agency include
white-label reports and the client portfolio.

ARTICLES
One article includes up to 2,500 words, metadata, suggested internal links,
one standard featured image with alt text and one automatic quality-repair pass.
Only approved topics are written. Manual editing and publishing are free;
a requested full rewrite uses another article. The default schedule is three
articles per week, subject to the monthly allowance.

KEYWORD TRACKING
50 active keyword/location/device combinations per website, with one initial
scan and weekly updates, scanning up to 50 results. Included tracking has its
own allowance; keyword research cannot exhaust it. Replacement keywords join
the next scheduled scan. Immediate checks cost 2 data credits per combination.

RECURRING ADD-ONS
Extra website: $15/month, or $12/month billed annually ($144 upfront).
Adds 50 tracked keywords and 100 monthly data credits; articles remain pooled.
Extra seat: $9/month, or $7/month billed annually ($84 upfront).
Add-ons follow the subscription's billing cycle.

ONE-TIME PREPAID TOP-UPS
$10 = 250 credits; $25 = 650 credits; $50 = 1,400 credits.
Paid credits carry over without expiry. Purchases are never automatic.
Relevant included allowances are used first. Articles and small assistant
actions have separate allowances from data. Extra writing, images and assistant
actions use the shared prepaid balance.

Keyword suggestions, up to 200 results: 4 credits.
Immediate rank check, one keyword/location/device: 2 credits.

EXTRA WRITING AND AI
Complete article after its allowance: 25 prepaid credits.
Extra standard image: 5 prepaid credits.
Small AI assistant action after its allowance: 1 prepaid credit.
Premium engines, deeper reports and expensive options require an upfront quote.

SAVED RESULTS AND SPENDING CONTROLS
Browsing, selecting and reopening saved keyword suggestions is free, including
after 30 days. Matching research-cache hits within 30 days are free. Discovering
a new seed/country or explicitly refreshing an older list is quoted before use.
Results contain only the suggestions returned, up to 200; there is no separate
keyword-lookup quota on managed plans. The quote shows the charge and funding
source before execution. Scheduled jobs can spend prepaid credits only after
the workspace owner enables it. When funds run out, work pauses in its queue.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND BYOK
Existing customers retain their accepted prices, limits and legacy prepaid
data-credit rates until they choose to switch. Custom plans and recurring
Extra AI usage are not sold with new managed plans. Bring-your-own-key (BYOK)
packages remain separate; your provider bills you for use of your keys.
RankZap does not silently fall back to its paid keys if your key fails.
Credits are non-transferable usage units, not currency, and have no cash
redemption except an applicable purchase refund.

TRIAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
The 3-day trial requires verified email, with no card or automatic charge.
It includes one website, one crawl of up to 100 pages, one article preview,
five keywords checked once and 25 data credits total. No recurring paid scans
or automatic publishing. Trial expiry preserves readable results.
A paid subscription requires a separate authorised checkout. Any checkout
trial, first payment date, renewal interval and tax will be shown before payment.
Cancel through Plans and billing or contact support before renewal.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically request a refund.
Downgrades and cancellation take effect at the paid term's end. Saved results
and prepaid balances are retained when a subscription expires.
We offer a full refund on a first subscription payment requested within 14 days.
Statutory rights and Paddle's applicable buyer/refund rules remain protected.
