RankZap SEO (also called RankZap) is software provided by Haseeb Iqbal, trading as I Webs Design, House # 116-Dc, ArvoSol Technologies, 2nd floor, D Block, Garden Town Phase III, Sialkot Road, Gujranwala 52250, Punjab, Pakistan ("RankZap", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy notice.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must give an accurate email address and keep it current, because that is how we reach you about billing and security.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us straight away at hello@rankzapseo.com if you think someone else has used it.
- If you use RankZap for a company or agency, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
RankZap audits, crawls and reports on websites. Use full-site audits and publishing only on sites you own or are authorised to manage. Limited public-page research is subject to section 2a. In particular, you agree not to:
- Run full-site crawls or publish to a website you do not own or have permission to manage, or bypass third-party access restrictions.
- Use the service to harass anyone, send spam, or interfere with another site's operation.
- Try to bypass plan limits, rate limits or access controls, or probe our systems for weaknesses without asking first.
- Resell or sublicense RankZap itself. White-label reports to your own clients are fine and are what the product is for.
- Break any applicable law while using the service.
2a. Crawling and third-party sites
RankZap fetches publicly accessible pages, including competitor pages, at low rates and respecting robots.txt, to audit and compare them. You may use this only for lawful SEO research. You must not use RankZap to copy or republish third-party content, to overload any site, to collect personal data about individuals, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to distribute malware, or to access anything behind a login you are not entitled to. Full-site crawls and automated publishing are limited to sites you own or are engaged to manage.
3. Connecting client data
When you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster Tools or any other source, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect that data and to share the resulting reports. If a client withdraws permission, disconnect their properties. We handle connected data as described in the Privacy notice. Where you connect a client's data, the Data processing agreement applies and forms part of these terms.
4. Plans, trials and billing
- Managed launch plans are Solo at $39/month or $348/year, Studio at $99/month or $948/year, and Agency at $249/month or $2,388/year. Annual monthly equivalents are $29, $79 and $199. Allowances renew monthly on both billing cycles. Extra websites cost $15/month or $144/year; extra seats cost $9/month or $84/year, following the subscription billing cycle. Existing customers keep their accepted prices and limits unless they choose to switch. Custom and recurring Extra AI usage are not offered with new managed plans.
- New accounts start with a 3-day app trial with no payment card. That app trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. You must choose a plan and authorise checkout to subscribe. Any trial offered at paid checkout, its first charge date, price and renewal interval are shown before you confirm.
- Payments offered through Paddle are sold by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable VAT or sales tax and receipts under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. We receive billing references and subscription status, not your full payment-card details. Paid checkout is available from Plans and billing in the app.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval you accept until cancelled. A cancellation stops future renewal; deleting a workspace or disconnecting an integration is not a subscription cancellation.
- If we change a plan's price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
4a. Software usage credits
Credits are non-transferable units for using RankZap features. They are not money, a deposit, a gift card or a payment method; they cannot be sold, transferred between customers or redeemed for cash, except an applicable purchase refund. Included article, data and assistant allowances reset monthly and unused included allowances expire. Paid prepaid credits carry over without expiry. Extra articles, images and assistant actions use the shared prepaid balance after any relevant included allowance. Purchases are never automatic. Scheduled jobs can use prepaid credits only with the workspace owner’s permission. Your own provider may charge separately when you use its API key.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Plans and billing in the app, or through the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipts. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Refunds
Our Refund policy includes a 14-day refund promise for the first subscription payment. Renewal and top-up requests remain subject to applicable law and Paddle's terms and refund decisions. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer rights.
7. Your content and ours
Yours. You keep every right to the websites, data and content you bring to RankZap and to the reports generated from them. You give us only the permission we need to process that content to run the service for you.
Ours. RankZap, its code, design, name, mascot and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of that to you. You may use the service according to your plan and nothing more.
Feedback. If you send suggestions, we can use them without owing you anything.
8. AI-generated output
Parts of RankZap use AI models to write recommendations, summaries and drafts, and to sample how AI engines answer prompts. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is a starting point, not advice. You review AI output before acting on it or sending it to a client, and you are responsible for what you do with it. AI visibility figures are sampled checks and are not a guarantee of how any engine will answer at another time.
8a. Publishing to your sites and AI-drafted content
RankZap can draft posts and publish them to a WordPress site or code repository you connect. You review and approve what is published, you own it, and you are responsible for its accuracy, originality and compliance with law and search-engine guidelines, including any disclosure of AI assistance your jurisdiction requires. Credentials you store for publishing are encrypted and used for actions or schedules you authorise. Do not publish content you have not reviewed or are not entitled to use. Disconnect at any time from Settings.
8b. Client reports by email and WhatsApp
You can have RankZap send reports to your clients by email or WhatsApp. You confirm each recipient has agreed to receive them from you, that you have given them your own privacy information, and that you will remove anyone who asks to stop. Messages are transactional and sent on your behalf; we store recipient names, addresses and numbers only to deliver them. WhatsApp delivery is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business policies and may be unavailable in some countries.
9. Availability
We work to keep RankZap running and to fix problems quickly, but at launch we do not offer an uptime guarantee or service credits. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, because of a provider outage, or for reasons outside our control. Third-party data sources such as Google and Bing can change or rate-limit their APIs, which can affect what RankZap can show.
10. Disclaimer
RankZap is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data or results, or that your search rankings will improve.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, RankZap's total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service or these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11a. Indemnity
You will indemnify Haseeb Iqbal, trading as I Webs Design against third-party claims, fines and reasonable legal costs arising from content you publish through RankZap, data you connect without the right to do so, messages you send to recipients who did not agree to them, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent we caused the loss.
12. Termination
You can request account deletion or a data export by emailing hello@rankzapseo.com from your account address. Cancel any paid subscription separately to stop renewal. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if we must for legal or security reasons. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. After termination, the retention periods in the Privacy notice apply. Sections 7, 10, 11 and 14 survive termination.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. For changes that reduce your rights or add obligations, we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use RankZap after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not, cancel before then and the old terms apply until your paid period ends.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Gujranwala have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EU or UK keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live.
15. General
These terms, with the Privacy notice and Refund policy, are the whole agreement between you and RankZap about the service. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it. You may not transfer your account without our consent.
